  11.         unearthed tghe high possibility of EBE base areas in
  12.         the Nevada area. Observations from many individuals,
  13.         some of whom have been threatened by various parties,
  14.         have led to the following conclusions:

  17.         * Several facilities exist within a 100-mile radius of
  18.           the Las Vegas area that are EBE operated or related.

  20.         * Underground Tunnels exist between facilities and
  21.           these tunnels have been constructed by or with the
  22.           assistance of the EBEs.

  24.         * Electromagnetic confinement zones have been set up at
  25.           various locations, and one of these locations encompasses
  26.           the Nevada Test Range Complex.

  28.         * Further interior electromagnetic confinement zones have
  29.           been constructed within the primary zones.

  31.         * Bureau of Land Management (BLM) equipment doubles as
  32.           confinement field projectors.

  34.         * Underground facilities in the area have the following
  35.           functions:

  37.                 * Testing and development of Defense Space Weaponry

  39.                 * Cloning of human replacement bodies that will be
  40.                   occupied by implanted consciousnesses.

  42.                 * Breeding laboratories for abducted human females.

  44.                 * Biological Material processing laboratories.
  45.  
  46.                 * Confinement facilities for humans.

  48.                 * EBE-Govt Joint Facilities.

  50.                 * Facilities for Termination of Humans.

  52.                 * Facilities for Testing and Development of
  53.                   Gravitational Vehicles for USAF, NSA, and
  54.                   the Department of Commerce.

  56.                 * Transference Facilities for Human abductees.

  59.         * Vortex areas serve as entry-exit points for various aerial
  60.           vehicles. Vehicles as large as 200' diameter have been seen
  61.           for a long time at the Jumbo Peak vortex area. Blue Diamond
  62.           vortex area is also very active, and as of June 1988, disks
  63.           have been seen during daylight hours.

  66.           activity and various humanoids that are observing human
